To maintain product quality standards and hygiene, we currently do not offer Return or Refund services once an order has been delivered successfully.

Exchange Policy

We only provide exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Defective / Damaged Product Exchange

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will gladly assist you with an exchange.

To process a defective piece exchange request:

• • An unboxing videography is mandatory while opening the courier package.

• • The video must be clear, continuous, and unedited.

• • The parcel label and product must be clearly visible in the video.

• • Requests without proper opening video proof may not be accepted.

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with:

• • Order ID

• • Product images

• • Opening video proof

After verification, our team will assist you with the exchange process.

2. Size Exchange

We provide size exchange subject to product availability.

Conditions for size exchange:

• • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

• • Original tags and packaging must be intact.

• • Exchange request should be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• • Customers may be required to bear shipping charges for size exchange.
    
    

Non-Eligible Conditions

Exchange requests will not be accepted for:

• • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen display

• • Products without tags or original packaging

• • Used, washed, or altered outfits

• • Requests raised after the allowed timeframe

• • Missing unboxing video for defective claims
    
    

Important Note

As many of our ethnic fashion products involve handcrafted detailing, slight variations in color, embroidery, print placement, or texture may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of the design rather than defects.
